Position: MGM Rewards Representative at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. This part-time role focuses on delivering welcoming, informative experiences to guests, assisting with MGM Rewards enrollments, redemptions, and related inquiries across multiple systems.
You will help guests navigate the MGM Rewards app, process promotions and events, issue comps and FREEPLAY, and coordinate with VIP Services to support reservations and promotions in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.
