Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company’s growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage qualified technical candidates through job boards, networking, and social media.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills to ensure candidate fit.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in IT or engineering fields.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
