Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify top technical talent across technical roles using various sourcing strategies and platforms (e.g., Linked In, Git Hub, Stack Overflow).
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Maintain and track pipeline activity, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools.

Strong understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and skills required to effectively assess candidates' qualifications. - Strategic Thinking:
Capacity to develop and execute data-driven / strategic recruiting plans aligned with the company's growth objectives and hiring needs. - Problem-Solving:
Aptitude for identifying challenges in the recruiting process and implementing creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. - Adaptability:
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and business needs, while maintaining a high level of performance and professionalism. - Negotiation Skills:
Proficiency in negotiating job offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms to secure top talent while adhering to budgetary constraints. - Relationship Building:
Skill in building and nurturing relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
Experience
- At least 5+ years (ideally 7+) of technical recruiting experience with expertise:
Demonstrated experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of success in sourcing, assessing, and hiring engineering talent, leveraging in-depth knowledge and understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skills required in engineering positions. - Experience in Full-cycle Recruiting:
