As an entry-level recruiter, you’ll be supported by a team of mentors who will guide you as you begin your career through The IG Way, a cutting-edge training program designed to teach how we operate and accelerate your sales career.

The purpose of the Recruiter role is to build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global. You’ll learn staffing and how to sell our services to clients, review resumes from our internal database and job boards, conduct phone interviews, prepare candidates for meetings with hiring managers, and negotiate job offers to get candidates hired.

Average progression spans about six months in the Recruiter role before enrolling in either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT). For the next 8–12 weeks, you’ll apply your new skills to real-world scenarios as you work toward promotion.

Account Managers are the face of our organization. They work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies, researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services. They initiate contact through networking and outreach, build long-term relationships, lead in-person meetings, gather job requirements, and partner with Recruiting to find the best candidates. Account Managers focus on staffing solutions and are experts at hiring.

Professional Recruiters identify top talent and pair candidates with the right opportunities. They focus on job seekers and consultants, learn about experiences and career goals to match clients to positions, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure a world-class experience for our consultants.

Insight Global offers a base salary ranging from $35,600-$64,000 annually, dependent on office location, and $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan). Upon promotion, Account Managers will receive a base salary increase, a monthly car and cell allowance, and uncapped commissions paid weekly.

The average employee earns:

• Year 2: $73,000-$88,000
• Year 3: $121,000-$145,000
• Year 4: $135,000-$194,000

Account Managers and Professional Recruiters have opportunities to win annual sales contests that include an all-expenses-paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500-$10,000.
