** Responsibilities**## ·         
** Source and Engage Top Talent:
** Identify, attract, and qualify exceptional technical professionals across corporate and executive roles using diverse sourcing strategies and platforms## ·         
** Partner with Hiring Leaders:
** Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design effective recruitment strategies.## ·         
** Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
** Manage end-to-end recruiting—from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.## ·         
** Leverage Data and Tools:
** Maintain accurate pipeline activity, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools to drive informed decisions.## ##
