• Source and Engage Top Talent:
  Identify, attract, and qualify exceptional technical professionals across corporate and executive roles using diverse sourcing strategies and platforms
• Partner with Hiring Leaders:
  Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
  Manage end‑to‑end recruiting—from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Leverage Data and Tools:
  Maintain accurate pipeline activity, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools to drive informed decisions.

• Technical Expertise:
  Deep understanding of Corporate and Executive roles, and skill sets to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Strategic Mindset:
  Ability to develop and execute data‑driven recruiting strategies aligned with Light & Wonder's growth objectives.

  Skilled at identifying process challenges and implementing creative solutions to optimize hiring outcomes.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

This role is based in Las Vegas, NV and candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days working in the office collaborating with the team, business partners and hiring leaders.
