Role Overview
Support recruitment efforts and HR operations to build MoFlo's growing team while developing employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various MoFlo positions
- Manage intern recruitment and onboarding processes
- Create job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment criteria
- Develop employee handbook and HR policy documentation
- Support culture building and team engagement initiatives
- Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related major
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law
- Organizational skills for managing complex hiring processes
- Interest in people operations, culture building, and talent development
- Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience
- HR operations and policy development skills
- Employee engagement and culture building techniques
- Interview and assessment methodology expertise
