Recruiting and Sourcing Manager at Pro Pivotal StaffingAbout the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidates would have supported a sales manager or management team.
This role is with a well-known company known for travel and vacation experiences
The pay for this role is $25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Generate, review, and process signed contracts for both B2B sales teams
- Develop and deliver dashboards, and reports, to support the sales and operations teams
- Serve as a liaison between the Sales and Legal teams
- Identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce and Net Suite to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training to sales team members on tools, processes, and workflows
- Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and troubleshooting related to CRM and order processing
- Contribute to client satisfaction and revenue growth by optimizing sales support and operational processes
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Sales Support role in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise systems
- Background in training or onboarding new team members
- Exposure to contract lifecycle management or legal documentation processes
- Experience in high-growth or tech-driven organizations
