  • Monitor performance, availability, and incidents; coordinate with Oracle.
  • Perform patching, upgrades, backups, recovery, and DR planning.
  • Manage SaaS environments (ERP, HCM, SCM) ensuring stability.
  • Own environment strategy, refresh cycles, and cutovers.
  • Govern release and migration processes for patches/integrations.
  • Partner with Oracle and internal teams on quarterly updates.
  • Define governance standards (naming conventions, refresh protocols, access).
  • Support Dev Ops, CI/CD, and testing automation.
  • Collaborate with business and support teams during releases.

What You'll Bring
  • 7–10 years in system administration and ERP environment/release management.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, networking, and cloud monitoring.
  • Experience with ERP SaaS environment management, release strategy, and quarterly updates.
