We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Architect to lead the design and development of advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and data science, with the ability to architect scalable and efficient AI systems.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Las Vegas, NV is $120k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).

• Design and develop AI architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Lead research and development efforts in AI, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to create innovative AI solutions.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to evaluate new ideas.
• Document design specifications, architectures, and implementation plans.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields;
  Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing AI and machine learning architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Expertise with AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of MLOps and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
