The Senior Architect will be a member of the Enterprise Offers team, highly involved with the Caesars Entertainment Loyalty and marketing programs. Products include delivery of real‑time offers to customers. This role interacts with business partners and leads design activities for exciting projects and openings.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performing application architectures, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Mentor development teams, enforce best practices and standards, and lead architecture reviews to drive modernization initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of mission‑critical systems, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, conduct proof‑of‑concept experiments, and champion architectural excellence.
• Partner with end users to update program and training documentation, drive quick resolution of production issues, and optimize performance using microservices, APIs, and cloud services.
• Identify compliance risks and take necessary actions to mitigate them while fostering a culture of inclusion and responsible corporate behavior.

• 8+ years proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in design and delivery of software development/technology products.
• Strong technical, problem‑solving, and consulting skills, with the ability to advise and influence across the organization.
• Proficiency in Dev Ops, microservices principles, SQL & No
  
  SQL databases, cloud platforms, and modern programming languages (Java, C#, JavaScript). Deep knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and security frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
