Jerry hit profitability early 2024 and is on a mission to scale from 5M to 50M customers. As a Data Scientist, you will champion data‑driven decisions on key initiatives such as carrier growth, new product development, and market expansion. You will build and deploy advanced machine learning models to extract insights that shape growth strategies.

We build a super‑app that makes car ownership affordable and accessible: insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more. Since our 2019 start, we’ve launched loan refinancing, driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI‑powered chatbot & voicebot.

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to embed customer performance insights into acquisition strategies
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, extracting insights that inform product and business strategies
• Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
• 1+ years at a top‑tier economic consulting firm (e.g., Analysis Group, Cornerstone Research, Charles River Associates) or top‑tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group) or relevant data science/business analysis experience
• High comfort with SQL or Python

• Have a framework for problem solving and live by first principles
• Communicate easily with audiences ranging from front‑line employees to the C‑suite
• Set a high bar for yourself and your team, constantly pushing for excellence

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this posting, determined by job‑related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, compensation may include equity grants.
