Senior Delivery Manager Supply Chain Systems

New Gig Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to take ownership of enterprise-level supply chain applications. In this role, you’ll provide technical and strategic leadership to a distributed team, ensuring critical systems remain secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. • Lead and mentor a distributed team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure enterprise supply chain applications are secure, reliable, and running at peak performance.
• Oversee support, enhancements, and operations for ERP, PLM, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and related systems.
• Manage service levels for incidents, requests, and projects, anticipating workload needs to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions.
• Drive solution planning and prioritization sessions, ensuring alignment across business units and regions.
• Deliver medium-to-large IT projects ($25K–$500K) on time and within budget.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts, ensuring value and SLA performance.
• Promote a customer‑first approach in IT service delivery.
• Champion process improvements through performance metrics, user feedback, and quality management practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong track record in IT delivery with a focus on ERP and supply chain systems

• At least 7 years of progressive SDLC experience in ERP, PLM (Teamcenter preferred), WMS, TMS, Quality Management, Demand Planning, and CRM.
• Experience with integration platforms (Mule Soft or Dell Boomi a plus).
• Proven success leading application implementations or upgrades.
• Expertise in database management, cloud technologies, and supply chain application ecosystems.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing and developing technical teams.

Compensation:
$170,000-$200,000 per year
