Deskside Support - Level 1

Overview

Fusion is actively seeking a dedicated Deskside Support
-Level 1 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for deskside support, ensuring our team members have the tools and assistance they need to stay productive and successful.

• Provide support for Windows 11 upgrade initiatives across the organization

• Performhardware refreshes in large-scale environments

• Manage and maintain a service ticket queue with timely updates

• Respond to support requests within 15 minutes, resolving issues either remotely or in person

• Communicate clearly with users, keeping them informed throughout the troubleshooting process

• Resolve software, hardware, printer, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues

• Maintain accurate documentation for all support cases

• Recommend improvements to optimize user experience

• Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications

• Three or more years of PC service and support experience

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 upgrades and hardware refreshes

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows 95/NT, XP, and MS Exchange

• Experience installing drivers and troubleshooting external printers and wireless connectivity

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS degree or A+ Certification preferred

• Ability to navigate all areas of the property, including stairs and various work environments

• Capable ofworking in a fast-paced setting while staying calm under pressure

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stretching, and kneeling for extended periods
