- Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, IAM, and SIEM platforms
- Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., PCI, NIST, ISO)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or similar — highly preferred
- Clear, confident communication skills, especially when explaining complex security issues
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Sharp attention to detail and strong decision‑making under pressure
- Experience with Cisco Duo, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Purview is a plus
- Experience with Cisco networking is a plus
- Experience working with third‑party SOCs is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor your team members and individuals in other teams
What It’s Like to Work Here
- High‑impact, hands‑on work — your decisions will directly affect security across hundreds of events
- A collaborative team environment where your voice matters
- An innovative culture in a tech‑driven, fast‑paced industry
- Opportunities to grow your skill set and take on new challenges
We support our team personally and professionally. Here’s what we offer:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
