Clark County School District seeks a Computer Technician I to provide desktop support across the district. Candidates will work directly with end users to resolve hardware and software issues and maintain systems for optimal performance.

• Provide operations and support assistance, troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems.
• Respond to service requests via the ticketing system and maintain documentation.
• Assist with account and network troubleshooting as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
• Other duties assigned by the IT department.

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED or foreign equivalency).
• Three (3) years of experience in microcomputer support, including one (1) year providing desktop support and troubleshooting.
• OR two (2) years of college coursework in an IT‑related field (e.g., MIS, CS) plus one (1) year of desktop support experience.
• OR successful completion of the Clark County School District Computer Technician – Entry‑Level Program.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and up‑to‑date driving record within the past six (6) months.
