IT Support Technician – Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, NV

Allegiant Stadium is located adjacent to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and is home to the Las Vegas Raiders. The award‑winning, multi‑purpose venue has a capacity of 65,000 and hosts world‑class music artists, major sporting events, and community initiatives.
Job Summary – The IT Support Technician is responsible for supporting Allegiant Stadium users and their systems, ensuring they operate as expected and providing technical guidance to staff. This role implements technology best practices and emphasizes continuous improvement. The technician will support event IT needs as well as day‑to‑day oversight of end‑user systems.
Essential Functions- Respond to helpdesk requests, documenting and addressing incidents. Work directly with end users and management to ensure timely resolutions.
- Configure technology assets (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices) during onboarding, including software installation and initial account setup.
- Collaborate with Technology Operations to deliver technology services for events held at Allegiant Stadium and provide onsite support.
- Provide technical support and consultation to internal users on software, hardware, network, and mobile devices.
- Document system configurations and changes as part of ongoing processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures for new hardware/software requests and track all IT assets.
- Maintain inventory of technology systems for life‑cycle management and budgeting, working closely with the Technology Operations Manager.
- 2+ years of working experience in IT.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, macOS, Office 365, ticketing systems, and networking tools.
- IT support experience including hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Experience with scripting (Power Shell or Python) is a plus.
- Experience with remote management systems and remote troubleshooting.
- Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, verbal, written, and customer‑service skills.
- CompTIA or IT Security+ certification preferred.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools such as EDR is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
