Fusion is actively seeking a dedicated Deskside Support
-Level 1 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for deskside support, ensuring our team members have the tools and assistance they need to stay productive and successful.

What You'll DoProvide support for Windows 11 upgrade initiatives across the organization
Perform hardware refreshes in large-scale environments
Manage and maintain a service ticket queue with timely updates
Respond to support requests within 15 minutes, resolving issues either remotely or in person
Communicate clearly with users, keeping them informed throughout the troubleshooting process
Resolve software, hardware, printer, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
Maintain accurate documentation for all support cases
Recommend improvements to optimize user experience
Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications
Three or more years of PC service and support experience
Hands-on experience with Windows 11 upgrades and hardware refreshes
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows 95/NT, XP, and MS Exchange
Experience installing drivers and troubleshooting external printers and wireless connectivity
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS degree or A+ Certification preferred
Ability to navigate all areas of the property, including stairs and various work environments
Capable ofworking in a fast-paced setting while staying calm under pressure
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stretching, and kneeling for extended periods
