Salary Range: $120,000 – $175,000 per year + full benefits
About the RoleOur client is seeking an SAP Technical Manager to lead development, integration, and support across a large‑scale SAP environment
, including SAP S/4 HANA, C4C, IS‑U, CRM, and BW/4

This role combines hands‑on SAP technical expertise with leadership of a development team (up to 7 direct reports). You’ll drive SAP system integration, oversee custom development, and ensure performance, security, and scalability in a mission‑critical utilities environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of SAP developers and technical specialists
- Lead SAP projects across S/4 HANA, IS‑U, CRM, and C4C from requirements to deployment
- Oversee WRICEF development, workflow automation, and system enhancements
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GRC, and security best practices
- Support and troubleshoot large, complex SAP production environments
- Drive process improvements and optimize SAP system performance
- 6+ years SAP Functional or ABAP experience (S/4 HANA, IS‑U, CRM, or C4C)
- Strong technical expertise in ABAP, OO‑ABAP, Reporting, BAPI, IDOC, ALE, Enhancements, SAP Script, Smart Forms
- Utilities industry background (IS‑U, Meter‑to‑Cash, FICA)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- SAP Certification
- Hands‑on experience with UI5, Fiori, ABAP CDS, Idoc, BOPF, Adobe Forms
- Project management background
