IT Field Technician Level I/Dispatcher

1) for one of our operating companies, Pact-One Solutions. The role involves first‑line technical support, dispatching IT service requests, and coordinating on‑site service calls.

About Pact-One SolutionsPact‑One Solutions is a rapidly expanding MSP IT firm with more than 20 years of experience, focusing on dental practices. Our team collaborates to provide excellent client service through high‑performing networks and enduring partnerships.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and create support tickets on behalf of clients.
- Prioritize and categorize all service tickets, including client email requests, within the ticketing system.
- Escalate high‑priority tickets to the Helpdesk.
- Schedule on‑site service calls and prepare small‑order tickets for on‑site installation.
- Communicate clearly with clients and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Great customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems or previous IT experience is a plus.
The target salary for this role is $18–$20 per hour. The position operates five days a week from the Las Vegas office. Successful applicants must pass a background check and drug test, and have valid automotive insurance, a clean driving record, and a clean driving record.
