We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Data Services team. The successful candidate will lead a team of data analysts, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support effective decision‑making. Working in close partnership with the Director of Data Services, you will implement analytics strategy, standards, and priorities while collaborating with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee and operationalize the analytics lifecycle from requirements gathering and business interpretation to developing analytical models, dashboards, and reports. Validate data and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery. Focus on improving efficiency through automations, standardized workflows, and quality controls that reduce manual effort and improve timelines.

  • Leadership – Lead and develop the Analytics team, setting clear roles, expectations, workflows, and performance standards. Drive operational maturity through documentation, prioritization frameworks, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Automation & Efficiency – Identify and implement automation opportunities across analytics workflows, including data validation, QA processes, and recurring deliverables. Establish repeatable, documented processes that reduce manual effort.
  • Analytics Oversight – Oversee analytic initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, interpretability, and alignment with standards. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
  • Collaboration – Serve as a bridge between analytics, data integrations, product, and customer‑facing teams. Engage stakeholders to understand needs, provide guidance on data interpretation, and facilitate collaborative problem solving.
  • Database Management – Demonstrate expertise in database concepts, data security tools, and proficiency in SQL, BI tools, Looker, and related analytics tools. Maintain and update necessary tools and processes.
  • Clarity Human Services Analysis – Manage analytics initiatives with alignment to organizational priorities. Balance work with project constraints, provide subject‑matter expertise, and support leadership with actionable insights related to HMIS data.
  • Other Projects – Complete ad‑hoc projects as assigned to support team and operational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a closely related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a data‑intensive environment (IT/Data Analytics/Reporting), including 3+ years in a formal people‑leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of data systems, relationships, and modeling; ability to learn new data environments quickly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Looker, with ability to write complex queries and stored procedures.
Compensation

We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits in line with industry standards. This role has an annual targeted total compensation range of $71,000 – $135,000
