Our client is seeking an SAP Technical Lead to provide advanced technical direction and hands‑on development support across a large SAP landscape
, including SAP S/4 HANA, IS‑U, C4C, CRM, and BW/4

This role is ideal for a senior SAP developer/architect ready to step into team leadership
. You’ll mentor developers, guide design and coding best practices, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality SAP solutions across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on SAP development and integration projects
• Mentor and guide developers in ABAP and SAP best practices
• Design and implement custom solutions, WRICEF objects, and enhancements
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Support and troubleshoot large, complex SAP production environments
• Contribute to SAP strategy, performance optimization, and continuous improvement

Must‑Haves

• 6+ years SAP ABAP and/or Functional experience (S/4 HANA, IS‑U, CRM, or C4C)
• Deep expertise in ABAP, OO‑ABAP, IDOC, BAPI, ALE, Workflow, Enhancements
• Utilities industry knowledge (IS‑U, Meter‑to‑Cash, FICA)
• Strong problem‑solving and process‑mapping skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification
• Experience with UI5, Fiori, ABAP CDS, Idoc, BOPF, Adobe Forms
• Project leadership experience
