Client Project Manager

This is a ground‑floor opportunity to join a fast-growing AI company and work directly with executives at Fortune 500 utilities and global infrastructure companies.

• Represent our AI methodology in client meetings, vendor introductions, and strategic planning sessions
• Travel to client sites (Denver, Minnesota, San Diego, Chicago) for high‑impact meetings
• Capture institutional knowledge using cutting‑edge AI transcription and synthesis tools
• Build relationships that position us as the enterprise AI standard for the utility industry
• Work directly with founders—no layers of management

• Attend client meetings with and without founders present
• Serve as primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client requests
• Document meeting outcomes using AI transcription and synthesis tools
• Translate client needs into actionable specifications for development team
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across utility accounts
• Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Coordinate between clients, founders, and development team
• Identify and escalate risks before they become problems

• Deploy recording and transcription tools in client meetings
• Synthesize tribal knowledge into structured documentation
• Support training content development for client organizations

• 5+ years project management experience (utilities, infrastructure, or energy preferred)
• Proven ability to manage Fortune 500 client relationships
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Comfortable with travel (30‑40%)
• Experience with AI tools and willingness to learn rapidly
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in utility operations, construction management, or regulatory compliance
• Background in training program development
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enterprise software
• Existing relationships in utility/energy sector

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
