Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java development
, Agile methodologies
, and project planning
. The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring successful delivery by coordinating across teams, managing stakeholders, and using tools like JIRA to track progress.

• Plan, manage, and execute technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and product owners.
• Provide technical guidance and understanding, particularly in Java-based development projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Track and manage tasks using JIRA
  , ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in Java development (understanding of code, architecture, and deployment processes).
• Proficiency in project management tools

• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore development teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and Dev Ops practices.
