Senior IT Support Specialist

Required Qualifications A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Information Technology; experience with live events a plus.
3 or more years' experience with the following:

Support of desktop operating systems (Windows, Macintosh) and mobile devices (IOS/Android).Complex troubleshooting of systems and networks IT support in an onsite, customer-facing role.

Cyber security tools such as EDR, vulnerability management, security awareness training, intrusion detection.

Certifications:

Comp Tia Security + or similar (Preferred)
Microsoft Certifications (Preferred)
Strong verbal, written communications, and customer service skills.

Strong working knowledge of networking concepts and support of TCP/IP protocols, DNS and DHCP.Highly comfortable and capable of troubleshooting complex issues in a time sensitive manner.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, including ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks and follow through to completion of task or project.

Self-motivated and able to either work independently or as a team.

Communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation.

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time, lift equipment up to 50 pounds, work extended hours, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Visio, SharePoint, One Drive) and ability to learn required business systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):
· Experience with MDM (Jamf)
· Experience with Linux operating systems.
· Experience with business applications, with experience in report writing, creating user documentation and/or specifications, etc.
