Description:
This is a Java Production Support / Prod Ops role supporting live enterprise applications — not a pure infrastructure position, since the infrastructure is already built out. The focus is on hands-on Java application troubleshooting, production monitoring, Git Lab pipeline support, root cause analysis, and end-to-end issue resolution.
What we're looking for:- A background that started in Java development and moved into Prod Ops, application support, SRE, or Dev Ops-oriented production support.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues directly — going into the code and logs to find the problem, rather than monitoring infrastructure or routing tickets to other teams.
- Hands-on Git Lab pipeline experience, including supporting deployments and making pipeline changes as needed.
- Demonstrated experience handling production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and resolving issues end to end.
Bachelor's Degree in Computers or Equivalent
