Zoox is seeking a Fusion Center Analyst Shift Lead in Las Vegas to actively manage uptime of our robotaxi and test fleet. You will lead a team, perform live troubleshooting of hardware and software, and capture details in Jira while coordinating with Fleet Operations and Tele Guidance.
You will ensure SLA adherence, mentor analysts, and work hands-on with operators and engineers to diagnose issues, escalate when needed, and drive process improvements across Zoox platforms.
