Operations Support Specialist, IT​/Tech

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of a business. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes, and providing administrative support.

• Provide technical support to customers and staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently.

• Perform system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in system administration and technical support.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Process Optimization:
  Analyze manufacturing data to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve operational flow.
• Documentation Control:
  Create, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Support quality investigations, conduct safety audits, and assist with root cause analysis (CAPA).
• Inventory & Logistics:
  Coordinate with vendors, submit purchase orders, and monitor inventory levels of raw materials and parts.
• Cross-Functional Support:
  Function as the primary liaison between production, maintenance, administration and supply chain teams to resolve daily operational bottlenecks.
