Information Technology Technician

Our client is a large Professional Services Firm in the Las Vegas Area that is looking to hire a talented IT Technician
. They have an excellent culture and do a great job at retaining their staff long-term. This person MUST live in the Vegas area and be willing to be on site!!

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Train new staff on all applications, IT systems & security
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations
• Active directory domain management and troubleshooting
• Deploy/monitor endpoint security solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex incidents associated with end user applications, including but not limited to software, hardware, desktop computing, mobile technologies, password assistance, internet, network & remote connectivity, telecom & printer related incidents
• Available on-call to support the business after hours and on weekends
• Salary likely to be $55k-$60k base + benefits, PTO, etc
