Signature Companies is looking for a Field Consultant to conduct High Value Property Surveys in Clark County, Nevada.

As a Field Consultant, you will:

• Schedule and conduct on-site property surveys within your own schedule.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, and note issues for the underwriter.
• Document construction materials, unique features, and major hazards.
• Generate estimated replacement values and communicate findings via Loss Control 360.
• Interact professionally with homeowners, agents and the team through phone, email, and in-person.

Requirements and tools:

• High level of professionalism.
• Smartphone, tablet and Windows-based PC.
• Prior inspection or loss control experience on residential homes desirable.
• Construction experience desirable.
• BA or BS degree desirable.
• Reliable late‑model vehicle and auto/general liability insurance.
• Independent contractor (1099) status.
