Founded and led by Darin Weidauer, a Gerontologist, Air Force Veteran (22 years), former University Professor, and licensed insurance agent with 7+ years of field experience, ECOS was built to solve one problem:

This role is a strong fit if you are:

• A licensed Life &/or Health Insurance Agent
• Independent or currently captive and exploring independence
• Focused on Medicare, Life, Annuities, or a combination

• Conduct client appointments (in-person, phone, or virtual)
• Educate clients on Medicare, Life, Annuity, and protection strategies
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Leverage ECOS training, systems, and carrier relationships
• Participate in ongoing coaching and skill development
• Expand into additional product lines as your practice grows
