Work Hours

The regular hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

- Provide technical assistance to our customers.
- Counsel and advise dentists on a variety of products, including treatment plans and designs.
- Provide accurate product information, turnaround times, case design recommendations, and case evaluations to dentists.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure case resolutions.
- Occasional, hands-on details to restorations for corrections and modifications as needed.
- Outbound/inbound communications (phone or email) related to cases, estimates, pre-op evaluations, or consultations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing efforts in promotion and distribution of company policies, procedures, and products.
- Stay informed on new dental products and fabrication techniques.
- Document all customer interactions using company-provided software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Dependable, team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Crown & Bridge, Removable, and Implant restorations
- Knowledge of digital production such as CAD/CAM and IOS is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with dentists
- Intermediate computer skills; MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CDT required;
High School Diploma/GED - Experience in customer service within a call center or similar high-contact environment
- Good communication skills and ability to relate, persuade, lead, negotiate, and express yourself in speaking and writing
- Positive language and ability to read customers
- Goal-oriented, adaptable to surprises, and resilient
- Willingness to learn and admit when you don’t have the answer
- All office equipment
- Potential exposure to blood borne pathogens
- Prolonged sitting at a desk and intermittent answering of the telephone
- Regular use of a keyboard for written communication
- Some lifting up to 10 lbs may be required
- Travel may be required up to 5% of the time
