Diagnostic Technical Advisor II – CDT Required
Join National Dentex—a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country.
We are seeking to fill a key position at NDX Studio 360 in Las Vegas, NV for a full‑time Diagnostic Technical Advisor II. Regular hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to change. - Provide technical assistance to our customers.
- Counsel and advise dentists on a variety of products, including treatment plans and designs.
- Provide accurate product, turnaround time, case‑design recommendations and case evaluations to dentists.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure case resolutions.
- Occasionally perform hands‑on details to restorations for corrections and modifications as needed.
- Conduct outbound, inbound telephone or email communications, as implied by or requested by a customer, pertaining to a case, estimate, pre‑op evaluation, or consultation.
- Partner with sales and marketing efforts in promotion and distribution of company policies, procedures, and products.
- Maintain continuous education on new dental products and fabrication techniques.
- Document all customer interactions using company‑provided software.
Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills—MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects or assignments simultaneously.
- Dependable, team player.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
- Minimum of 5+ years practical experience in all areas of crown & bridge, removable, and implant restorations.
- Knowledge of digital production such as CAD/CAM and IOS is preferred.
- Great customer service skills to interact with dentists.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Strong communication skills, including relating, persuading, leading, negotiating, and expressing oneself in both speaking and writing.
- CDT required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 4 years of successful customer service experience within a call center or related heavy customer contact environment.
- PC literacy required—MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
