Job Requirements:
We are seeking a mid-level associate with experience in commercial and business litigation, preferably from a large law firm. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse workload. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent drafting and research skills, negotiation abilities, and be prepared to handle significant project responsibilities.
Compensation ranges from $175K to $250K.
