• Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing compassionate and clear communication
• Gather, track, and organize documentation such as police reports, medical records, and billing statements
• Coordinate client treatment schedules and track progress throughout the case
• Draft demand letters and assist attorneys with pre-litigation efforts
• Ensure all files are up to date, accurate, and moving efficiently through the legal process
• Support attorneys by maintaining consistent, professional communication and updates

• Previous experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm is required
• Proficiency with legal case management systems (e.g., Filevine, Needles, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large caseload without missing a beat
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is Required
