Our team is comprised of experienced trial lawyers who understand broad business implications and can draw on the firm's multidisciplinary teams in industries such as financial services, accounting, insurance, real estate, construction, gaming, and entertainment to devise creative and efficient strategies.

Job Requirements

Possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.

Be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1-2 years or more of Business and Corporate Litigation experience is preferred.

Strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the capacity to handle significant project responsibilities.

Compensation range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
