Company: Our client is a single family office based in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving four generations of a prominent United States family.
Position Overview: Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Associate General Counsel will provide comprehensive counsel and oversight on a variety of transactional, general corporate, real estate, tax, trust/estate, philanthropic and individual/family matters.
Experience: 4+ years of legal experience focused on transactions (including M&A and general commercial).
Location: Las Vegas, NV.
Relocation: Strong preference for Las Vegas-based candidates or those with strong ties to Las Vegas.
In-Office Requirements: This is not a remote role. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days per week.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience. The package includes base salary, target bonus, and potential for carry.
Bar: Must be a member in good standing of one state bar/eligible for registration as in-house counsel in Nevada.
