Seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our law firm in Las Vegas, NV, specializing in Plaintiff Personal Injury cases.

The ideal candidate will oversee cases from complaint filing to trial or settlement, with a focus on effective client, professional, and court communication. Responsibilities include document tracking, report generation, and proficiency in legal software systems. The role requires precise record-keeping, document drafting, and adeptness in legal software applications. Join our team as we enhance our Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation division and help change clients  lives!

Reviewing a number of Plaintiff Personal Injury cases that are in litigation right now to be sure all deadlines, filings, etc., are on track. This is a great team that requires someone who knows how to manage their time, work autonomously, and have excellent communication skills.

• Must be able to draft Complaints, Answers, Pleadings, Subpoenas, and Motions.
• Research legal issues for brief writing.
• Propound and respond to discovery, including working directly with the clients to prepare discovery responses for attorney approval.
• Diligently manage attorney calendars.
• Be proactive in litigation and preemptive to comply with scheduling orders for written discovery, depositions, motions, expert retention, and trial preparation.
• Scheduling depositions and assisting with preparing clients for depositions.
• Communicate with clients to keep them apprised of their case status.

Preferred Experience &

Skills:

• Experience working with Plaintiff Personal Injury Cases.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
• Multi-task with organized preparation.
• Service-oriented, organized, and diligent.

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly+ Bonus Opportunities, 401k, and Cash Balance Retirement Account
