Prominent, long standing, Law Firm focusing on Complex Litigation cases both Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation seeks an Experienced Litigation Paralegal. This firms focuses on various areas of law including Commercial/Business Litigation, Product Liability and Catastrophe cases.

• Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal
• Must be able to work on Complex Litigation Cases
• Able to draft Pleadings
• Excellent Research and Writing skills
• Knowledge of the Local Rules and Procedures
• Possess Excellent Discovery Skills
• Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
• Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook
• Case Management Experience
• Trial experience helpful

• Drafting and editing correspondence and pleadings
• Monitoring Calendar deadlines
• Working closely with the Attorneys
• E-filing
• Case Management
• Preparing for Depositions, Mediations, Arbitrations and Trials
• Preparing Exhibit Binders

We provide an excellent benefit package which includes Health, Dental, 401K, Life Insurance, and Paid time off. Salary will depend on your experience; we are in the range of $80-100K, DOE.
