Hawkins Melendrez P.C., located in Las Vegas (Summerlin), Nevada, seeks a Law Clerk to work with lawyers in civil litigation matters, including Insurance Defense focusing on Premise Liability and Personal Injury issues. Additional areas may include commercial litigation and business entity representation. Qualified candidates must possess strong writing and research skills.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in all facets of litigation, including observing and assisting with trial preparation. Compensation is based on experience.
2L and 3L students or recent graduates awaiting the bar are preferred.
Job Type : Full-time or part-time. Benefits depend on full or part-time status.
Schedule : Flexible
Work Location : In-person attendance required.
