Nationwide, Civil Defense Litigation Law Firm, practicing in various areas of law, is in need of an Experienced Paralegal to join the firm. If you are a Paralegal with experience in Civil Litigation, preferably have experience in Bodily Injury defense and/or Premise Liability defense law, we would like to talk to you. (This position can be HYBRID after the first 30 days.)

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Paralegal

· Be able to work with little supervision

· Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure

· E-filing Experience

Duties:

· Assisting one Attorney with his/her caseload

· Assisting in Case Management and 16.1 disclosures

· Working with Clients and opposing counsel

· Calendaring and scheduling

· Prepare pleadings and handling incoming and outgoing discovery

· E-filing in both State and Federal Courts

· Billing your Hours (1600 per year)

Benefits:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and can be HYBRID after the first month. We are centrally located in Las Vegas, provide excellent benefits with 100% employer paid health insurance and a paid Life Insurance policy. Vision and Dental – we pay 50%. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience ($60-90K).
