Job Type: Full‑time

We’re actively seeking a Senior Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to join our Los Angeles team. This individual will play a key role in leading the pre‑litigation process, overseeing case management, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of care and communication throughout their claims. The ideal candidate has a strong personal injury background, leadership experience, and the ability to manage cases efficiently from intake through settlement.

• Manage a full caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury files from inception through settlement.
• Verify insurance coverage and liability details to ensure proper case handling.
• Negotiate property damage and bodily injury claims to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment throughout the claims process.
• Draft and review demand letters and settlement packages.
• Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to move cases forward.
• Maintain consistent client communication, providing updates and ensuring excellent service.
• Mentor junior case managers and assist in training and process improvements as needed.

• 3–5 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Prior lead or senior‑level experience in pre‑litigation case management preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with case management software is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, punctual, and team‑oriented.
