Long- standing, stable, mid-size, Civil Litigation Law Firm, practicing in various areas of law, focusing on Civil and Business Litigation, is in need of an Experienced Paralegal to join the firm. If you are a Paralegal with experience in Civil Litigation and possibly have some experience in Business Law, we would like to talk to you.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal

· You must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work as a team

· Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure

Duties:

· Assisting Attorneys on an as needed basis

· Assisting in Case Management

· Working with Clients and opposing counsel

· Calendaring and scheduling

· Prepare pleadings and handling incoming and outgoing discovery

· E-filing in both State and Federal Courts

· Entering Attorney’s billable hours

· General Paralegal Duties

Benefits:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday “in office”. We are centrally located in Las Vegas, provide excellent benefits with 100% employer paid health insurance and a paid Life Insurance policy. Vision and Dental – we pay 50%. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience.
