About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing personal injury team. The ideal candidate has at least three (3) years of experience handling personal injury cases from intake through demand and settlement.
Responsibilities- Handle personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement, ensuring each client receives exceptional representation
- Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coverage to determine case value and strategy
- Oversee and guide case managers throughout the life of the case
- Review medical records and bills, and craft persuasive demand letters
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and other opposing parties
- Communicate consistently and compassionately with clients
- Maintain accurate case documentation and uphold firm standards for excellence
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling personal injury pre-litigation cases
- Active member of the Nevada Bar
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on client care
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
