This position blends autonomy with mentorship. You will manage active personal injury matters from intake through resolution, draft pleadings and discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and assist with trial preparation or trial involvement as needed. Strong communication skills and a client-centered mindset are essential.

• Base salary of 100,000 to 130,000, depending on experience
• Significant performance bonus potential tied to case outcomes

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and conduct legal research
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend mediations and hearings and assist with trial preparation or trial work
• Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and insurance carriers
• Maintain consistent in-person communication with clients
• Work closely with paralegals, case managers, and fellow attorneys to support case progression

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active Nevada Bar license or eligibility to obtain it
• Litigation experience involving personal injury or civil matters is valuable
• Strong writing, research, and communication abilities
• Team-oriented and dedicated to professional integrity
• Willing to work 100 percent in-office in Las Vegas
• Spanish language skills are helpful but not required
