The Role:We’re hiring litigation attorneys to join our Las Vegas office. The firm handles complex insurance defense matters, including trucking, premises liability, and general liability cases. We’re looking for attorneys who are confident managing files, drafting discovery and motions, participating in depositions, and engaging with clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage or support insurance defense cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct or assist with depositions and hearings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
- Contribute to trial prep and strategy
- Supervise and mentor associates and support staff
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Nevada
- Background in trucking/transportation law
- 4+ years of post-bar litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
- High-quality litigation work and insurance client base
- Trial opportunity and mentorship at all levels
