Associate General Counsel – ACC San Diego
Join the ACC San Diego team as an Associate General Counsel. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will provide comprehensive counsel and oversight on a variety of transactional, general corporate, real estate, tax, trust/estate, philanthropic and individual/family matters.
Location and Work ArrangementLas Vegas, NV. This is not a remote role; the successful candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days per week. Relocation preference for Las Vegas-based candidates or those with strong ties to Las Vegas.
Responsibilities- Provide legal counsel and oversight across transactional, general corporate, real estate, tax, trust/estate, philanthropic, and individual/family matters.
- Minimum 4+ years of legal experience focused on transactions (including M&A and general commercial).
- Member in good standing of one state bar or eligible for registration as in‑house counsel in Nevada.
- Strong preference for candidates with deep knowledge of Nevada law.
