The practice includes general liability, personal injury, transportation, and catastrophic injury matters, with regular client interaction and opportunities to influence case outcomes. • Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Handle all phases of litigation, including investigations, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Partner with senior attorneys on strategy while owning day‑to‑day case execution
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, timely updates

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Active admission to practice in Nevada
• 3–8 years of defense litigation experience
• Trial experience
• Experience with personal injury, general liability, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury matters
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex matters independently in a fast‑moving environment

• Regular involvement in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Client‑facing experience with strategic reporting responsibilities
• Familiarity with legal project management or workflow optimization

Salary range: $150,000–$190,000 (commensurate with experience)
