Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Handle all phases of litigation, including investigations, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Partner with senior attorneys on strategy while owning day‑to‑day case execution
- Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, timely updates
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school
- Active admission to practice in Nevada
- 3–8 years of defense litigation experience
- Trial experience
- Experience with personal injury, general liability, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury matters
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex matters independently in a fast‑moving environment
- Regular involvement in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Client‑facing experience with strategic reporting responsibilities
- Familiarity with legal project management or workflow optimization

Salary range: $150,000–$190,000 (commensurate with experience)
