A fast‑growing litigation practice in Las Vegas is seeking an entry‑level consumer.transpose litigation attorney to join a high‑volume team. The role offers early responsibility in hearings, depositions, and motion practice, with the opportunity to develop trial‑readiness skills in a dynamic environment. A book of business is not required.

Job OverviewAn established litigation‑focused law firm is looking for an attorney with at least one year of experience to add value to its General Consumer Litigation team. Candidates will work on multiple cases concurrently, preparing and presenting in hearings and depositions, and will collaborate closely with senior litigators.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high‑volume case load in a fast‑paced environment
- Prepare extensively for trials, including file organization and motion drafts
- antaine participate in significant hearings and depositions
- Demonstrate strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Maintain a detail‑oriented and organized approach to case management
- Apply strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Attend courtroom proceedings when required
- Work on‑site at least three days per week
- Minimum one year of litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Early responsibility in hearings, deposit rampant, and motion work
- No requirement cantor for a book of business
- Exposure to courtroom work and high‑volume consumer litigation
- Opportunity to develop strong trial‑readiness skills
