Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience and must be a self-starter, proactive, and take leadership in our cases. This includes assisting with supporting the attorneys, maintaining status, organizational tasks, drafting correspondence, drafting discovery, preparing case outlines and summaries, drafting motions and pleadings, communication skills, and collaborating with our attorneys to prepare our files. The ability to handle and manage client contact, in a professional and friendly manner is essential.

Responsibility and
Duties include:
- Demonstrate effective and professional communication, in writing, in person, and on the phone, with clients, personnel, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain, organize, and assist in overseeing cases.
- Schedule court dates, hearings, deadlines, and discovery plans/trial dates.
- Assist the attorneys with basic discovery and drafting correspondence, pleadings, demands, discovery, outlines.
- Review case materials and provide potential summaries to attorneys.
- Maintain paperwork and update client database and case management.
- Assist attorneys at depositions, mediation, arbitration, or any other event deemed necessary by the attorney on the case.
- Interview and meet with current and potential clients to address case specific concerns and ascertain some case facts and case documents.
- Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
